Hay

First post!

I made hay the other day on part of our property. I don't like to do it all at once since the weather could change last minute and get rained on, I look for at least 5 days of dry weather. I raked it a couple of days after mowing and then baled with our round baler. So far just 12 round bales. We need about 30 to feed the sheep and cattle for the winter. I'll mow the rest the next 5 day dry period. We had a lot of rain so the grass has grown well and we should have plenty for the animals and some to sell.
